Where your yoga journey begins

Yoga Teacher Training Program (YTTC) at ATMAN HOLISTIC is a special program designed to allow students to complete the International Yoga Teacher Training - Yoga Alliance course within 1 year without having to study online. Instead of spending 1 month studying full-time, the program will be divided into 2 levels (Foundation - Specialized), allowing students to choose a specialized program that suits their needs and style.

Partnered with Trimurti Yoga, students can complete the training in different campuses in Bali, Goa or Vietnam. After the course, students can participate in Continued Education programs (YACEP) with direct support from Atman Holistic.

100 Hour Hatha/Vinyasa Foundation Yoga Teacher Training is for everyone who wants to start teaching yoga or wants to have deeper understanding of yoga. The course is an intensive 10-days course. The course provides foundational knowledge of yogic practice, yogic anatomy and asana, meditation, sequencing and teaching methods.

After completing the 200 hours YTTC, students can participate in the advanced 300 hours course to become a certified 500 hours Yoga Teacher. In this course, you will focus on techniques to create classes for all-level students, in-depth posture adjustments and other must-have skills for teachers.
